Paul L. Lavergne

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Vanderbilt University, Mr. Lavergne has developed professionally for more than 15 years in the construction industry. He has acquired in-depth knowledge of project management, project planning, pre-construction, cost consulting, purchasing, scheduling, estimating and value management. To further enhance his education and management skills, he earned a Masters degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver in 2006. His concern for the environment led him to obtain a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) professional accreditation of the U.S. Green Building Council.

Francisco R. Bechara

With over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Bechara has been instrumental in the management and engineering aspects of key projects. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island in 1993 and today works tirelessly to ensure that projects are finished on time, within budget, and with the highest degree of quality.
