Our solid background in general contracting enables us to schedule and plan construction work in the most effective manner. During the pre-construction work phase, Q.B. Construction will work directly with the Design Team, provide valuable engineering consulting, prepare construction budgets and assure that the owner's interests are protected at all times. We will also make recommendations for the project's phasing sequences and bid packages.

During the construction phase, Q.B. Construction will coordinate and supervise all construction activities, manage change orders and monitor itineraries. As in the pre-construction phase, we will also prepare monthly executive reports.
