A major part of Q.B. Construction business is from General Contracting. We place great value in the effective planning and phasing of each project, and in the development of a construction team that will work with the owner, architect, engineers and trade subcontractors, towards a common goal and because we recognize the importance of the team to the project's ultimate success, one of Q.B. Construction's two partners will be the team leader, so as to insure proper communication among all team members and a fast and effective decision making process.

For the construction activities, we have available a competent staff of professional engineers and project superintendents with over $500 million in completed projects among them. Normally we perform all general conditioning, reinforced concrete work, masonry, plaster and carpentry, with our forces, and select the most appropriate subcontractors for all other specialty work.
