Q.B. Construction has recognized the importance
of the application of management for the construction process.
Our solid background in General Contracting enables us to schedule
and plan the construction in the most effective manner. During
the pre-construction phase, Q.B. Construction will work directly
with the Design Team, we will provide value engineering, prepare
construction budgets and assure that at all times, the owner's
interests are protected. We will make recommendations for phasing
sequences of the project and bid packages.
During the construction phase, Q.B. Construction
will coordinate and supervise all construction activities, change
order management and schedule monitoring, and as with the pre-construction
phase, prepare monthly executive reports.
